Our process is completely transparent. The legal documentation for every property is available on our website during the marketing period – so you can make a fully informed decision.
4. View your Property

Join us at one of our open viewings to take a look around the property and meet our team. You can also arrange a survey if required.
5. Register for Bidding

Register to bid on your chosen property. We’ll need some details about you, including proof of identity and proof of address, as well as a bidding deposit. The deposit amount is listed on each property page.
6. Sale Day

Once bidding opens, all registered parties can start placing bids. It's completely transparent – all of the bids will appear in real-time, on the relevant property page.
7. Contract Signed

Once bidding has closed, we immediately sign contracts on behalf of both buyer and seller. The closing date for each property is listed in the Contract for Sale but buyers will generally need to complete their purchase within 4-8 weeks.
