Location

  • Located in Dos Hermanas, a city and municipality belonging to the province of Seville in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and located in the region of the Metropolitan Area of Seville. Geographically it is located close to the Guadalquivir River.
  • It is a city with a very young population, with the population under 40 representing 60.2% while the older population represents only 39.8%.
  • Despite the proximity to the city of Seville, the municipality of Dos Hermanas has great commercial activity, represented mostly by the small traditional commerce specialized in the different areas of consumption. The educational structure of Dos Hermanas is quite complete because it covers all the training sectors that citizens require. Pablo de Olavide University is a public university that was founded in 1997. Its campus is located in the old facilities of what was the "Laboral University of Seville", in the "km 1" of the Road of Utrera. It occupies an area of approximately 140 ha of land belonging to the municipalities of Dos Hermanas, Alcalá de Guadaíra and Seville. It is one of the youngest public universities in Spain. In 2008 it had just over 10,000 students.
  • Close to schools, pharmacies, institutes, a few minutes from the train station of El Arenal. Dos Hermanas has several access routes that connect it to the capital Seville. From the city you can go to Seville either using the A-4 South Motorway or the route of the N-IV, Madrid-Cádiz motorway. For its part the residential center of Montequinto communicates with Seville via the A-376 motorway. Once you arrive in Seville the residents of Dos Hermanas can enjoy the numerous roads of the national network.
  • On the other hand, the A-392 road connects the city with Alcalá de Guadaíra, from where you can link with the A-92 motorway and the region of Los Alcores until you reach Carmona via the A-398. The local road SE-9019 surrounds the city and joins it with the core of Montequinto.
